The GWMS Oil free Ultrahigh Vacuum Unit is a low-cost complete high vacuum solution that can easily be incorporated into any vacuum system. It consists of a compact and reliable oil free scroll pump, industry leading turbomolecular pump and a simple controller providing pumping speeds of 110-1600 litres per second. The highly efficient units can achieve pressures of ≤1.0*10-7 mbar at the touch of a button.
