Chillers for water vapour cryopumps

Cryochillers are water cooled systems that rely on continuously circulated water at around 20 Degrees Celsius. If the water chiller is undersized or in need of replacement it may not be able to maintain the correct temperature which, over time, could result in premature failure of your cryochiller. Oil migration is a common fault when water temperatures cannot be maintained. High temps result in oil entering the cryochillers stack which will freeze and block the unit. At this point the system becomes unreliable and a permanent solution is not possible.
